Seville is an upscale community in Gilbert that offers resort golf course living. It was established in 1997 and remained under development as recently as 2019. It is located north of East Riggs Road and encompasses the entire Seville Golf and Country Club.
Several retailers are also located in the Seville community. Homeowners here are minutes from Fry's Marketplace and Walgreens.
It is also close to a number of local schools. Riggs Elementary School is just immediately south of the neighborhood while Chandler Traditional Academy is a few blocks northwest of Seville. It is located within the Gilbert Unified School District.
Because much of life in Seville is centered around the community's golf course and country club, it entices residents to be active and engaged with their fellow neighbors. Homeowners pay a due to their homeowners association, which in turn maintains community amenities that residents share like:

The price translates as $181 per square foot, which is higher than the Phoenix overall average of $169 per square foot or $269,000 overall.

The real estate market in Seville consists primarily of single-family homes, although it is possible to find attached homes for sale on occasion.
