The Brown Family Communities dates back over 30 years ago with the founder Dave Brown. He began this family-owned business in 1975. That year, he used the money from a second mortgage on his home to start the Brown Family homebuilding business.
As chief executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, Dave Brown continues to meet the needs of homebuyers by building superior Arizona homes. As a private family-owned and operated home-building company, Brown Family Communities stands behind its product. Dave Brown’s reputation for creating Arizona homes with the highest quality, the best value, and excellent locations across the Phoenix area still remains today. He personally visits sites during the construction phase to ensure his company has put forth its best work and effort.
Making sure the entire home building process is a positive one from the initial groundbreaking to the day of completion is the ultimate goal of the Brown Family Communities. This is a tremendous investment for a new homeowner. The Brown Family wants the trust that they will create the best Arizona new home.
Throughout the years, the Brown Family Communities have developed a terrific design center. This design center serves the needs of prospective new homeowners. The center’s mission is to help guide individuals toward a finished new home. This guidance from a dream to reality is what the design center does best.
