    The Estancia Club, located in North Scottsdale, is a master planned golf community that is renowned for both for its prestige and its luxurious, expansive homes.     Specifically, the Cave Creek district is ranked 22nd out of 115 districts in the state for academic excellence. It ranks 39th for safety and 31st out of 115 school districts for the quality of its athletic programs.

     

    Moreover, Cave Creek Unified School District gets a national grade of B for the quality of education that it offers to student. It earned an A grade for both academic excellence and college preparation. It has a graduation rate of 94 percent. The average ACT score for students in the district is 27, which is significantly higher than the national average of 20.6.

     

     

    Cave Creek Unified School District likewise has a small student body population. Around 5400 students are enrolled in the total of six elementary schools, one middle, one high school and one STEM academy. This small student body size contributes to a healthy teacher-to-student ratio of 24 students to one teacher.
